Once the candidates successfully complete the tests and inventories, we schedule interviews for them with our Human Resources Department and the relevant department managers.

Being a Sütaş Member

We also organize the “Being Part of the Sütaş Family” program to help new recruits learn and embrace our mission, vision, and values as early as their first day at work. During the program, we organize training session to accelerate their adaptation to Sütaş and the milk value chain, we schedule introductory meetings with senior management, chats to provide opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues.
