How is Sütaş Fresh Pasteurized Milk produced?
We take the fresh milk of our happy cows, which we carefully control, into the pasteurization unit and pasteurize them by heating and cooling them in seconds (holding at 76°C for 12 seconds and cooling it down rapidly to 4°C). Thus, all the nutritional values in milk are preserved and it becomes safe to drink. We fill the our pasteurized milk into packages that will preserve its freshness and flavor throughout its shelf life, with special filling machines in a sterile environment. Thus, as long as the package is not opened, it maintains its freshness throughout its shelf life. We deliver Sütaş Pasteurized Milk, which has passed the final quality tests, to sales points by maintaining the cold chain, with vehicles whose route and temperature level are constantly monitored.
