What is Sütaş's approach to occupational health and safety?

We consider “humans” to be our most valuable assets in all our activities and prioritize protecting our employees from all kinds of occupational accidents and diseases by creating a safe and healthy work environment.

We adhere to the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System standard in our facilities. Our goal is to achieve zero accidents in all Sütaş activities. To accomplish this goal, we identify our risks by conducting all-round risk analyses in accordance with OHS regulations and take action to eliminate these risks.

The work of subcontractors and business partners at our facilities is subject to work permits and preliminary risk assessments. Focusing on the identified OHS risks, we improve our processes with records and audits and ensure the adoption and implementation of the relevant measures through training. Additionally, through our Suggestion System, our employees can submit their suggestions on OHS issues, and we reward those whose suggestions are successfully implemented.
