In addition to this meticulously managed process at our integrated facilities, we expect our material and service suppliers to operate according to food safety and sustainability criteria and encourage them to obtain the relevant certification.

We strive to help consumers make healthy choices. In line with legislative requirements, all of our products feature labels containing their quality and production information, which is essential for healthy nutrition and food safety.

We place labels stating the nutritional elements of our products on the packaging in addition to the label information stipulated by the legislation, ensuring that our consumers are better informed about the products they purchase.

Unlike other brands, Sütaş packaging also states the production date. This allows our customers to learn more about the freshness and durability of products with short shelf lives.

Our most significant responsibility is to our consumers, who purchase 6.8 million Sütaş products daily. The Sütaş Hotline is responsible for the management of consumer feedback. To guarantee stakeholder satisfaction, the hotline evaluates all feedback effectively within 24 hours while managing feedback for improvements and documenting its systematic activities.
